In case of a tie vote, the chairman of the Jury of Appeal shall have the right to make the final decision. 2.2 Duties: To accept a team's appeal and make timely decisions - without, however, changing the judge s scoring results The decisions of the Jury of Appeal are valid only when more than half of its members have voted for it.
